1 double room with private bathroom

Hello! Sadly our lovely housemate is moving back to Australia so we have one double room + private bathroom available in Finsbury Park.

🗓️ Available from as soon as possible (latest 31st May).

👭 You will be sharing with Lis (Charity), Sam (Events) & Rachel (Retail) who are females aged 30-35. We all met through SpareRoom and have been happily living together for 3+ years!

🏡 The flat is the lower ground floor. We each have a private bathroom. Open plan kitchen, dining and living area all on one level. We have a courtyard style garden.

🛏️ Bedroom comes with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. Space for a desk. You have your own bathroom with a large shower.

💵 aprox £930 a month incl. bills and regular cleaner (we keep this approximate just in case bills rise in winter and we need to top up a bit).

📍Less than 10 min walk from Finsbury Park station and Manor House station. Great spot on a quiet, residential street and very close to both Finsbury Park and Clissold park. Loads of great restaurants and cafe's nearby and a Tesco, Lidl, M&S and Sainsbury's.

🩷 The flat has always been pretty chilled and want to keep the vibe going. Looking for someone who is up for living in a friendly environment, a house pint down the pub every now and then but ideally has their own social life as we’re all busy gals and appreciate our own space from time to time. The flat is kept really homely, clean and tidy. We really think of it as home!

We’re ideally looking for female housemates between the ages of 28 and 34 to come and slot into this lovely home.
