Ready to live in accommodation for AUGUST 2024 ONLY in London City North development. (Bills included).

£500 holding deposit in exchange of keys until moving in, then paying £1700 on moving in day. I would not keep any further deposit but I would want to meet with you before handing over the keys.

This is a new built flat located above Finsbury Park underground station. Although the flat is very close to a train/tube station and busy street, it is quiet since the windows are soundproof.

The development includes Honest Burger restaurant (trendy and excellent burger place) and many others. Less than a 5-minute walk from the flat is Stroud Green Road, with several excellent restaurants. Finsbury Park park is 2 minutes walk away.

Underneath the building is Marks and Spencer and 2 minutes walk away is Sainsburys, Lidl and bit further is Tesco metro.

In the development there is a Picturehouse, bar Someday, opposite the flat is amazing little wine board called Oak etc etc.

Kitchen: The kitchen has all needed for cooking..

Bathroom: The bathroom is large, spacious, and clean without any mould.

The flat has fibre to the premises BT internet.

I have a dog so I would accept someone who also had a pet.

The house is completely furnished and ready to live in. Please note since the flat is furnished it doesn't fit any more furniture.

The building is secure and safe.
