1 Double bedroom with terrace in Finsbury Park

Hello, I am a 26 year old Italian young professional. I am looking for a housemate to take over one bedroom. It was currently a guest/second bedroom and am in the process of cleaning in out for a new house mate. I am a very tidy and organised person and am looking for someone that cleans regularly and is tidy. The house is full of natural light and has a beautiful terrace overlooking Finsbury Park which the double room has access to. The room comes furnished, the white bed stand is mine but can be left in the room potentially. The house is cozy and I am looking for a potential friend who would like to share the occasional dinners and sip wine in the terrace. I own a cat, so I am looking for a potential fellow cat lover ( no allergic people pls). I am away all day for work, so would be nice to have someone that could potentially give her food and company when I am working/if I go on holiday. The house is located 5 min from Finsbury Park station which has Picaddilly and Victoria line and National Railway. It is well connected to Camden and north London with buses as well.
