Double room in a cosy flat on Green Lanes

We are Rachel and Sinae, looking for a housemate in our cosy and friendly flat on Green Lanes from 1st May.

Period: May - December (8 Months)

The room is unfurnished, but It is located in the back of the house, so it is very quiet and sunny (south facing). Previously, a double bed, small desk and a wardrobe fit in, and our flatmate who’s leaving had a small-double bed, a chest of drawers, desk, and two bean bags. :)

Green Lanes has lots to offer from Turkish cafes and green grocers, and lovely bakeries (including Dusty Knuckles Bakery and Antepiller). Surrounding this long street, we have two parks where we love going for a walk / run and having a picnic in – Clissold Park, Finsbury Park, and Park Lanes Forest Walk is quite a nice one too.

It is only 10 min walk to Manor House Station and less than 5 min to Harringay Green Lanes Overground which goes to Gospel Oak (Hampstead Heath) and Walthamstow directly. It also is 5 mins to Sainsbury’s and Aldi.

About Us:

Sinae (she/her), 31, designer working in a skin care brand in Central, illustrator for magazines on the food and environmental issues, who loves swimming, talking about food and equality, enjoys conversations while stews are simmering.

Rachel (she/her), 31, print technician working in a university in Central, has a love for plushie toys and K-pop. She also enjoys crochet, embroidery, and wearing colourful outfits.

About you:

You’ll be someone who is independent, respects others’ energy levels, mindful of how your actions can influence others' wellbeing in our shared house.

You’d much prefer cute, comfortable, cosy vibes, like going on a little trip to get plant pots, housemates’ dinner & drinks at a local pub / bubble tea together once in a while, over wild nights and parties.
