Double room in Stroud Green

Hi,

I’m looking for a flatmate to join me in a 2-bed flat in Stroud Green. It’s a split level flat which has recently been done up including a fresh lick of paint and new wooden floors. There’s a separate kitchen & living room, with 2 double sized bedrooms and a bathroom. There’s also a large loft with plans to turn it into an office space / cinema room with a projector.

Transport wise, it’s very well connected - only a 10min walk from both Finsbury Park tube and Crouch Hill overground.

It’s also just a stones throw away from the high street, with a good range of shops, cafes and pubs - as well as being minutes from the Parkland Walk and the park.

And a bit about me - I work in advertising and do a mixture of working from home and at the office. I’m a born and bred Londoner and looking for someone who’s friendly and clean :)

I’m also open to people looking for a place to live Monday - Friday for lower rent.
