Double room, private bathroom & private lounge

Hello!

I am looking for someone to replace my current flat share in Stroud Green, N4. The flat is a 20 minute walk from Finsbury Park or a short 10 minute bus ride away, and you're also anly 15 minutes walk to Crouch End.

The flat is split across two floors. I live on the first floor and John lives on the second - so plenty of privacy and personal space. I have a double bedroom, private bathroom and a private livingroom - all for £750/pm which is amazing value for this part of London. The only shared room in the flat is the kitchen which is on my/your floor and we have our own cupboards etc.

Landlord has been great - only increased our rent by £50/pm between us, which is brilliant considering the current market.

A bit about John: He's a 51-year old gay man into sneakers, music, cooking, good food (and brownies!) and copious amounts of tea. He's literally the perfect housemate - so if you’ve had a rough deal in the past, you’ll be chuffed with John. He’s super clean, tidy, straight-talking and very friendly - plus he gives good hugs.
He's looking to live with someone aged 30+, professional, clean and tidy and respectful of each other's space, but equally likes to hang out from time to time.
I will move out on March 31st, but can be very flexible - earlier or a bit later. The furniture you can see in the pictures is mine, however I’m open to selling all/some if you want it, except my grandma’s chair and side table- haha! You’ll need your own kitchen essentials too.

Flat financials:
Rent: £750 per month
Deposit: £836.50 - to be paid to Dan and the landlord will update the security deposit held in scheme.
Bills: £225-250 approx (includes internet, council tax, tv licence, water, gas & electric and house insurance).


Agency fee:
£50 (includes referencing, a new tenancy agreement and the re-registering of the deposit).
