Our 3 story house is situated in a quiet residential area of Finsbury Park, with 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and a large outdoor patio area.

We are 5 minutes walk from Finsbury park station with connections on Picadilly, Victoria, Thameslink and national rail services, as well as all the other local amenities and the park itself.

The room is available as soon as possible, but we'll happily take move-ins up to late april if you prefer. we are looking for a tenant to stay until mid august, when our tenancy runs out, with a possibility of staying on for another 12 month period. Rent is £933pcm which includes bills (gas, water, electric & internet). The deposit is £966.

The bedroom itself is very spacious and comes fully furnished with a double bed, lots of storage, a desk, sofa and patio doors facing onto the garden for direct access.

We’re a mix of third year undergraduate and masters students from UCL and Kings, some of which also work professionally. We like the occasional nights out for drinks and play sports together but we’re also equally dedicated to our studies and careers. This makes the house a nice and quiet environment throughout the week, perfect if you’re studying or work from home :)
