Tech guy looking for new flatmate

Double bedroom approx 3x3m size

Hello potential flatmate!

I am signing a new lease soon for a 1st floor flat with a large living room and good size kitchen with a lot of storage. The flat was offered unfurnished but I have gathered some furniture over the years as seen in the photos including a sofa bed.
Bills would be an extra £200/month.

I have been here for 8 years and the flat is having some renovations (new windows, bathroom & hob) done soon. The walls are quite bare but I wouldn't mind if somebody wanted to decorate and make the place more homely! I am an organized and clean individual so I hope you are too.

I can be social and easy-going, but I prefer to do my own thing most of the time - I value my alone time a lot. That said, I would love someone to go out and do stuff with!

I'm a huge PC gamer so that is my main hobby.
I'm working for a tech company and have a keen interest in VR stuff. Looking for someone respectful who is also working full time, maybe with similar interests but not required.

I mostly work from home so I am living in the larger bedroom with a small balcony. The living room is unoccupied most of the time so you could have your own setup in there or host guests. (There's even a spare PC!)
