The garden is a perfect summertime sanctuary - quiet and leafy and backing out onto a nature reserve. Ours is a lovely street with friendly and attentive neighbours. The cost to sublet is a bargain for the area where you’ll find cramped studio flats with no garden access that are more expensive.

It’s a great neighbourhood and an excellent base for exploring the city.
