The room would suit someone who is busy with their professional life and doesn't want to bring the party home. The only area to socialise is the kitchen. All three of us are busy professionals, and we like the flat to be a clean and quiet sanctuary where we can rest.

We'd like someone over 30, who is considerate and treats the flat as their home, not some temporary accommodation. We are 3 professionals who are kind and considerate towards each other, and we are looking for someone similar.

The flat is a 5 min walk from a beautiful nature reserve, the Woodland Path; 20 min walk to Highgate Wood, 40 min walk to Hampstead Heath.
