Sunny Double Room in Spacious Friendly House

Hi,

We are looking for someone to join our household just off Stroud Green Road in Finsbury Park.

We're a maths teacher/musician, a school counsellor, and a policy and advocacy officer for an NGO. We're easy-going and enjoy having a drink/meal together. We're also an LGBTQ+ and allied flatshare with hobbies including being out n about, cooking, socialising, live music, theatre, cycling etc. We're super open to welcoming new people and friends. :)

The house is in a great location (The Faltering Fullback and Pappagone round the corner) and only ~10 mins from Finsbury Park and Crouch Hill stations.

We have lots of space spread over 3 floors, with a sunny garden and living room. Disclaimer: we share 1 toilet, and 1 separate bathroom with a shower.

The room comes unfurnished but the current tenant may be willing to sell some of their furniture. Ideally we'd like to find someone who will live here for at least a year.

Bills are generally around £150 per month on average.
Council Tax Band F.
