The flat itself is light and very spacious, with a large open plan kitchen living room that looks over the park.
The room is a cozy size, but has a double bed and built in storage.
I have been in the flat happily for about 7 years and would like to stay for a little longer while I work out what my next move is. Due to my current contract/deal I’m looking for someone who’s happy in a short term rolling sublet kind of situation but it might be possible to turn this into something longer term further down the line. We can discuss this if it works for you.
I work as a teacher so am very busy during term time, but around a lot during holidays. Weekends are mostly spent doing yoga, various art or DIY projects, seeing friends , the usual stuff. I love film but not a massive TV person. I prefer reading these days.
I am pretty relaxed, keep the flat clean and tidy but know life is busy/believe a home is to be lived in so don’t get stressy about it.
Happy to chat whilst using the kitchen front room and eat/watch a film or have a wine together now and again but no expectations. As long as we’re comfortable, friendly and will be nice to my kitten it’s cool for me :)
