Huge ensuite double room - seconds from station!

After 3 years living in this beautiful flat I am leaving to move in with my boyfriend so looking for someone to take over the contract.

The room itself is a large double ensuite room with huge window so lovely and bright! The flat has an open plan kitchen and living area with a balcony and is at the back of the building so nice and quiet despite being less than a minute from Finsbury Park station.

We're super close to lidl and M&S food, lovely restaurants on stroud green road, and finsbury park and the beautiful parkland walk are minutes away too.

You'd be living with the lovely (and clean!) Neli, who is a data scientist with a keen love of cycling, netflix and wine :)

The boring bit:
The contract would run from 1st April to 30th September (with potential to extend if you love the place!), however I will be moving out early March so potential to move in a bit earlier if you would like.

Rent is £1125 and goes out on 1st each month and the security deposit is £1096.
