Bright & cosy room in Hornsey/Finsbury Park

Looking for a chill and tidy female flatmate to move in from May. One month’s rent for deposit. Internet is included in rent and kitchen is getting updated within the next month or so :). No pets I’m afraid and the landlord would like references.

It’s a really lovely flat in a quiet area with a bunch of cafes (Jolene!!), shops, pubs etc., everything you could want. Super well connected with busses, Vicky & Piccadilly lines 10 mins walk away. Just down the street from Parkland walk.

A bit about me - I’m 30, originally from New York . I work as a barista at a busy cafe in Hackney so I’m out quite a bit and do like to chill when I am home. I am queer and a creative (actor) so I think it’d be nice to live with a similar-minded gal. In my free time I like to do yoga, get some nice coffee & go for a walk, hit up museums and galleries, the Prince Charles Cinema & BFI. Overall I’m really laid-back and do tend to keep to myself but am always down for friendship :’)
