The room
This double room has large double doors that open out onto the terrace that the flat has private use of. The room is unfurnished. The room is directly next to the kitchen/living room, so it would suit someone who wouldn't mind this. The house is quiet, and we don't stay up late, so the noise is minimal. Move-in date is flexible, around the first 2 weeks of sept. £1031 per month, bills not included, bills average around 100 total, council tax band b.

The Area
The flat in North London has excellent connections and nestles in between Finsbury Park and Clissold Park. The building sits amongst the many attractive period flat conversions in the area’s large Edwardian houses. The street is quiet and short walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, gyms, and cultural things to do, too. Finsbury Park and Clissold Park offer beautiful green spaces on the doorstep. Trendy Stoke Newington is next door to the East, Cool Crouch End to the North, and Dalston and Hackney are convenient distances away. Finsbury Park is excellently connected with the fast Victoria and Piccadilly Line, commute to central London from the door in under 30 minutes.

The Home
This ground-floor flat has a spacious terrace at the back of the house, surrounded by large trees. There is a very big open-plan, high-spec kitchen with a dining table. The kitchen has a gas hob, an inbuilt large fridge freezer, a washing machine, an oven, storage, and all the appliances you’ll need. The kitchen leads out onto the terrace on one end and on the other end into the spacious living room. The house is well insulated with a very good energy rating, is quiet and finished to a modern design and high standards. Bedrooms are carpeted.

You’ll be sharing with two female professionals. Isabella, 34, a psychotherapist, and Hayley, 37, an architect. Also, Buffy, 5, a sweet dog (a staffy) who doesn't do very much. We cook and relax together, watch films, or walk around Clissold Park, which is very close. We're not a party house, and we spend time in own spaces and doing our own things, but it's also really important for us to live with someone who we get along with and who we enjoy being around. We have a shared cleaning rota and splitwise and taking on equal shares of home responsibilities is also essential.
