Friendly + sociable house share in Finsbury park

2 rooms available in large Victorian house.

One room is available from early December (around the 03/12), the other is from the end of December (31/12).

Friendly, respectful and sociable household - so ideally you’d be looking for the same to fit right in.

THE HOUSEMATES:
Work across Arts/Higher education, engineering, and medicine.

Everyone is pretty laid back, not a party house but you’re more than welcome to have mates over and the occasional party if the time calls.

SAM, 24 (they/he): Always at a gallery, runs a youth theatre. Old soul. The kindest Scot you'll ever meet.

EMMA, 29 (she/they): Up for a boogie, creative crafty girl. Silly goose, loves to be out and about.

SORCHA, 27 (she/her): Irish Sporty-spice, bakes a mean lemon drizzle. Can be found in her garlic bread oodie.

JAZ, 30 (she/her): Adventure lover. Excessive collection of leather jackets. Hosts a mean dinner party.

Everyone has their own lives, but get on well and we’re often found chilling in the kitchen/living room watching trash tv with the occasional pub trip / night out – so we’d love for you to join.

THE HOUSE:

Located on a quiet residential street in between Finsbury Park and Clissold Park, we live in a spacious 3 storey Victorian house consisting of 6 bedrooms (6 housemates including you), 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, conservatory and a garden. The size of the house helps as it never really feels like you live with 5 other people.

THE ROOMS:

The first bedroom pictured is on the top floor (available on the 3rd of December), and the other is on the middle floor (available 1st of January). Both are spacious doubles that come with: double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. They're both bright and airy and there’s easily enough room for a desk and more.

LOCATION:

The house is really well connected being 5 minutes from Finsbury Park station (Viccy line, Piccadilly line, National rail) and frequent buses get you into East rapidly.

Rowan’s, Baban’s naan and the Bank of Friendship are house favourites.

FINANCES:

Rent is £883 a month for rent + bills/fortnightly cleaner is £117 a month (Dec/Jan/Feb is sometimes more).

The deposit is £750 and goes into a deposit protection scheme.
