Hi, I’m Jing, a professional working in the education sector. I’m leaving London soon and looking for someone to take over my lovely room in our friendly three-bedroom flat. There are two other female flatmates: one is a master’s student at King’s College London and the other is a bachelor’s student in art.

Location:
This flat is in an extremely convenient area for the price. It is just a 4-minute walk to Finsbury Park Station (Zone 2, Victoria and Piccadilly lines), with only 15 minutes to reach Central London. There is a bus stop right outside the front door with direct buses to Central London. A Sainsbury’s Local is just three doors down. Within a 4-minute walk, you will also find Lidl, M&S, Iceland, and Tesco. Finsbury Park is only a 3-minute walk away, perfect if you enjoy strolls or outdoor sports. The area also has gyms, restaurants, off-licence shops, pubs, coffee shops, and more.

Room & Flat:
The double room is cozy, fully furnished, and gets plenty of natural light. High-speed internet is included in the rent. The bathroom next to the room is shared with one other flatmate. The kitchen is shared and equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, and oven. Bills are extra and usually come to around £90 per month.
