We are two female professional housemates with a double room going spare in a gorgeous, spacious and super light flat in Finsbury Park, available from Feb 15th 2026

LOCATION
12 minute walk to Finsbury Park station for Victoria and Piccadilly lines and National Rail
10 minute walk to Crouch Hill for the Overground
20 minute walk to Archway for Northern line if needed

Minutes away from loads of local restaurants, pubs, bars and cafes (including everyone’s favourite coffee shop, Jolene, and infamous pubs The Faltering Fullback and The Plimsoll), and a range of supermarkets (including Aldi!).

Couple of nice green spaces in the area – walking distance to both Finsbury Park and Clissold Park, and super easy access to Hampstead Heath.

PRICE
£650 pcm for a fully furnished double room, with huge, separate lounge and kitchen and one bathroom. The flat is over three floors so nice and spacious too.

Bills aren’t included, but on average come to around £135 in total.
We do also have a cleaner who comes every few weeks, who isn’t included in the bills.

THE FLAT
The flat itself is a maisonette on the top floors of a classic FP townhouse, on a quiet residential street. It has gorgeous natural light from huge windows throughout, including the bathroom. The kitchen and lounge are both separate and large in their own right – the kitchen has a four-person dining table, and the living room is a big, sociable and homely – if slightly eclectic! – space.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are two super friendly, sociable, chatty women, and we are looking a likeminded professional woman to live with us. We’d love that person to be clean(!) and considerate, but also friendly and chatty, and potentially with a desire to spend the evening drinking too much wine with us. We both have very busy jobs – and also quite busy social lives – but we love the flat feeling like a comfortable space to come home to.
