My friends circumstances have changed suddenly and I'm urgently looking for a person or two people to buddy up with for this property. The agency is aware and I've managed to secure additional viewing for Monday 16th of Feb.

Modern 3 bedroom flat, 5 mins walk to Manor House station (Picadilly line) and 13 mins walk to Finsbury Park station (Victoria line). It's a lovely, quiet neigbourhood near Clissold Park and vibrant Stoke Newington with all of it's independent shops, cafes, and pubs. Excellent running routes, plenty of gyms, pilates and yoga studios to pick from if you like to stay active.

About me:
I'm a UX researcher working in public sector (hybrid). Living in a homely, clean and tidy place is very important to me and I would love to live people who are considerate and feel the same way. I'd really like to create a space that feels warm, welcoming and easy to relax in.

I'm independent and have my own social life but it would be great not to be strangers and grab a coffee/dinner/do stuff together from time to time. Interest wise, I'm very into art, design, cinema, music and little book clubs. Keen on hiking and seaside trips. Trying to stay active, but the sofa sometimes wins. Green Party member, not vegetarian. Not a big party person, but I won't skip Cross the Tracks and I do enjoy a bit of evening jazz and my salsa lessons.
