I’m looking for someone to take over my contract for my room in Finsbury Park from the end of March til Aug (with strong potential to extend beyond). The house is less than 10mins walk to Finsbury Park station (Victoria & Piccadilly Lines, National Rail). Living with 3 lovely housemates who are all working professionals, hybrid jobs with a couple of days working at home each.
Rent is £920/month - the room is one of the smaller in the house but still big enough to fit a desk with the right furniture. The room is unfurnished, but I can be flexible with what I leave. Bills are not included (they sum to approx £100 a month).
You will be officially taking over the contract - therefore you will have to pass referencing with the estate agent and be earning 2.5x your share of the rent.
