Huge en-suite in lovely Finsbury Park flat!

We moved into this lovely flat in November ’25 and sadly Fi has to return to Melbourne to go back to her job in April.

Looking for:
A friendly female flatmate - considerate, clean, chilled. The living room/kitchen isn't huge so looking the right person as currently we hang out there a lot together. Professionals only no students please! 6am party days are over in this 30+ household though wine nights welcome :) All diets are fine but I lean veggie/plant based.

Sharing with:
Kat, 30, civil servant. Usually work in the office 2 days a week and ideally new person would also be hybrid/office based. Outside of work often out cycling, at the pub with friends, binging tv, trying out local classes.. Have been in London for around 10yrs so a well established Londoner by now.

The room:
The room is amazing.. massive walk in wardrobe, big bathroom and king size bed. Space for a desk and huge storage cupboards too. It's worth the price! (Bed included and other bits can be bought if wanted).

Bills (your share):
Approx £140, varying on heating use.

The landlord is really helpful and on hand when needed, he lives in London.

Move in can be flexible around date of Saturday 18th April, we pay rent from 1st of the month.

Viewings from 15th March onwards.
