Spacious room in 3 bed in Finsbury Park

Hi, we’re Tom (27, works in tech) and Luke (28, teacher), two flatmates looking for someone new to join our 3-bed maisonette on the high street, a short walk from Finsbury Park station.

The room is the largest in the flat and gets the most light, a proper double with good space. Being next to the living room means some ambient noise, but we both go to bed early so you wouldn’t be kept up.

The flat itself has a large open living room and kitchen area that we’ve made pretty homely over the years. There’s a big record collection and a decent speaker setup in the living room, but it doesn’t get used that often!

We both work 9-5s, one of us sometimes from home, and we look after the place — there’s a cleaning rota and we care about keeping things tidy. It’s not a party house but it’s not silent either, in the evening we’re more likely to chat than watch Tv, though we do that too.

One of us has been here a good few years and we’ve had a great time living here. We care about looking after the place and are always looking for ways to improve the current setup. Bills come to about £110.

We’re looking for someone easy-going who wants to actually live with people, we enjoy going to the pub, festivals and the occasional night out too. Let us know if you’re interested :)
