Looking for someone to take over a large, bright room in a spacious 2-bed flat in one of the nicest parts of North London.

- 15 min walk to Finsbury Park station (Victoria & Piccadilly lines)
- 5 min by bus (very frequent)Right by Parkland Walk
- Walking distance to great parks, cafés, pubs, and restaurants

- Very large two-bedroom flat split over two floors
- Quiet, residential street
- Amazing private garden – sunny throughout the day

The room:
- Very spacious (currently set up with its own small living room area)
- Lots of natural light, especially in the morning
- Desk available if needed (not pictured)

About me
-F, 27, working for a charity
-Very active (football, swimming at the Hampstead Heath ponds), love theatre, the Barbican and the pub
- Will be away quite a bit over the coming months (work + travel), so you’ll often have the place to yourself
