Chilled home, prime location & friendly housemates

Hi All,

Our roommate is sadly moving out, so we now have a room available end of April in our lovely 3 bedroom/2 bathroom flat in Finsbury Park.

The double room comes furnished with a wardrobe, bed and bookcase, there’s a shared living/kitchen and a large backyard to soak up the sun. We’re 10 mins walk to Finsbury Park train station (Victoria and Piccadilly lines, and National Rail), Manor House station (Piccadilly line) and have 3 huge parks (Finsbury, Clissold and the water reservoir/wetlands) at our doorstep.

The room is £795 a month + bills (~£90pcm). You would be living with 2 fulltime professional, down to earth single Aussies (male and female), a Physio & an Engineer. We love travel, eating out and Netflix. Only one of us works from home (3-4 days a week), but she works from her room so the common area is always available for making lunch etc.

We are looking for fun + tidy young professionals 29-42. Apologies we cannot have pets and the place is not big enough for a couple. We’re an inclusive household and welcome people from all backgrounds, interests and sexualities.
