My double room in Stoke Newington is available from now (open to be flexible with moving dates) as I’m moving overseas. So sad to be leaving the best people and location!!

The contract is until the 22nd August but you have the option to extend and roll it over :)

Bills (water, electricity, wifi and council) are on average around £100 each month.

🏡 Flat is across two floors, has 2 bathroom, big kitchen & a sofa in the kitchen (no living room) for £825. Living with 3 other great girls in their mid 20s. The area is gorg with Clissold Park on your door step & loads of lovely pubs & cafes nearby. Finsbury Park, Manor House & Arsenal stations are all 10- 15 mins walk away

🛌 your bedroom is on the second floor, it comes furnished. It’s on the smaller side but it’s super cosy and has a double bed and a desk. As well as a built in wardrobe and storage under the bed!

💸 rent per month is £825 not including bills. Preferred housemate would be working professional coz council tax is a pain💔
