- The room is small, but fits a small double and there is a considerable rent adjustment compared to the other bedrooms. All in, the rent and all bills equal out to about £825 pcm. Electricity bill variable depending on time of year, so this is the maximum amount you’d pay.

- No room for a desk in the bedroom but there is a desk in the lounge that our current housemate uses when working from home.
