I'm renting out my room (ensuite master double bedroom) in a truly unique high-rise penthouse flat. The apartment spans the top three floors of City North West Tower, a much sought after new development which is just seconds away from the large variety of restaurants, bars and other amenities which surround Finsbury Park station.

Its a beautiful, relaxed home with a large separate living area and a spacious and very well equipped kitchen. Each room has floor to ceiling windows which helps to maximise the truly spectacular views across London.

The property has been designed to the very highest of specifications and is virtually brand new in every respect. It is also very safe and secure, benefitting from a 24 hour security and concierge service. The pièce de résistance is the very large, private roof terrace which provides an incredibly tranquil atmosphere, a world away from the bustling streets below. It is the perfect spot to relax in the sun or to host a gathering with friends.

This is a 3-bed flat, and the other two flat mates are two very laid back and sociable professionals (Doctor and post-doc researcher) and are both very clean and respectful. We are looking for a flatmate who shares our values.

Council tax and bills are not included in the rent and currently work out at ~£200 per person each month.

The room is available immediately and ideally for somebody looking to move in asap. I'm travelling for a few months, so looking for someone to take the room for 1-2 months.
