Friendly flat with a garden

We have a room available on *Monday 18 May* in a four bedroom, two bathroom flat on the edge of Finsbury Park/Crouch Hill for *£795 a month*.

Moving/payment date is Monday 18 May,
unfortunately cannot be flexible on this date as flatmate is moving out of the UK.

It’s a cosy double room furnished with a king bed, desk, chest of drawers, and a standing wardrobe. You’ll be sharing a bathroom including a shower/bath with one other person. House has a decently sized kitchen, living and outdoor area too.

*Bills are about £150-175 a month*- includes some streaming services, all our cleaning products, toilet paper, and a cleaner fortnightly :)

You’d be living with a 27yr old kiwi girl working in video production, a 26yr old Aussie girl working as an accountant, and a 27yr old British guy working in the coffee industry.

We all met through the house and are pretty social with each other, usually up for a drink, tv show or pub session.

*Deposit is £865.39*. Rent is due on the 18th of each month.
