Double room in Finsbury Park – 4 mins from station 🤍

We’re looking for a female flatmate aged 27–34 to join our lovely house in Finsbury Park from the 25 April 2025.

The room is a good-sized double in a friendly, relaxed and clean house. The house is in a great location — just a 4-minute walk to Finsbury Park station, with easy access to the Victoria & Piccadilly lines and National Rail. Clissold Park, Highbury and Stoke Newington are all also within walking distance of the house.

The house has a shared bathroom, and is currently home to two other girls — sociable, respectful, and easygoing. We’re friendly and enjoy chatting at home, but also respect each other’s space. The house also has a balcony that gets lovely sunshine throughout the summer period.

Rent: £1,050pcm (excluding bills - around £120pcm)

We’re looking for someone clean and considerate. We are girls who do love an occasional drink and dinner party but aren’t a big party house.
