Lovely double room in Finsbury Park

We’re looking for a female flatmate aged 27–33 to join our lovely house from 25th April 2026. We’re chilled and sociable, and like to hang out at home or grab a glass of wine after work, but also respect each other’s space. We both work hybrid (I work in finance, Hannah in advertising) and have pretty busy schedules, so we don’t tend to be on top of each other in the house! We like to keep things clean in the communal areas, and we’re keen to have someone in who’s considerate in that area.

The room is a good sized double in a great location – just 4 mins from Finsbury Park station, with easy access to the Victoria/Piccadilly lines and National Rail to the city, plus overground connections from Highbury and Islington. Clissold Park, Highbury and Stoke Newington are all walking distance, with great pubs, bars and supermarkets on our doorstep. There’s a PureGym and a GymBox in walking distance too!

The house has a large shared bathroom, and open plan kitchen/living space on the top floor which gets loads of natural light. We’ve also got a terrace which gets lovely direct sunshine throughout the summer!
