My friend and I are moving into this flat in Finsbury Park (move in date is May 1), and will be subletting one of the rooms until July 1. Rent for the room is £680 plus roughly £100 for bills 💰

It’s the smallest room (it’s extremely small) and we are planing to get a loft bed for it so that clothes and other storage can fit underneath!
Sashka and I are both in our mid twenties. I’m a PhD student and will be working from home part-time. Sashka is a dog walker who tends to be out most days.
Also you would be living w Angel, a tiny little frenchie who mostly just loves sleeping 🐶
As far as everything else in the flat, we have all kitchen items etc. so you would be welcome to use anything like that.
