Large room available in Finsbury Park

Looking for girls in their 20s/30s, non-smokers, and open to students (however you would be sharing with 2 non-students), queer friendly 💞

We have 1 large room available in our 3-bed flat share in Finsbury Park from the beginning of May, as I will be moving out after 2 years. The rent is £1142 per month + bills.

The flat is super cute and really spacious, on a quiet residential street just 5 minutes from Finsbury Park station. Super close to 2 Lidls, M&S, Iceland, Sainsbury's Local and Tesco Express. Also 1 minute walk to the park (Finsbury Park) and 10 minute walk to Clissold Park.

There’s a big living room/kitchen area , plus 2 full bathrooms, so it’s a really comfortable place to share.

The place came mostly unfurnished so all the stuff is ours. The room does come with the tall white wardrobe and I might also be selling some furniture too, but you would most likely need your own bed frame and mattress!
You’d be living with Safa and Nicole, two really lovely, clean, chill and creative girls in their mid to late twenties. It’s a friendly, relaxed home and we’d love to find someone who feels like a good fit and is looking for a nice place to call home. We share all kitchen items like plates, pots and pans, etc., and have a weekly cleaning rota 🙂

The current flatmates are potentially planning to move around July/August time , so please be aware you may need to replace one or both of them come the time
