- Move-in Date: Available from Monday 27th April and move in by 15th May 2026 (when the monthly rent cycle begins). Nb. We expect to start viewings as soon as we have an idea of interest.

-There are currently 3 gals and 3 guys, a mix of ages and occupations, all living under one roof!

Bills
- Rent includes Council Tax, high-speed Internet, and a baseline for Energy. Please note that Water is variable, and should energy/ water usage exceed the baseline (particularly during winter months), any surplus will be split equally between all housemates.
The House & Current Housemates
- The Household: You’ll be joining 6 other housemates, a friendly and professional mix aged between 25 and 40. It’s a social but respectful house where everyone values a clean, relaxed living environment and great vibes.
- Facilities: No more waiting in the morning - the house has 4 bathrooms in total.* Communal Areas: Includes a large, fully-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, and a communal garden great for socialising in the summer. *The kitchen is incredibly well equipped with 2 cookers, 6 hobs, 2 sinks, two fridge fireezers and all the rest you can ask for!

Location: Finsbury Park (N4)
- Unbeatable Transport: Only a few minutes' walk to Finsbury Park Station. Reach the City or West End in roughly 15 minutes via the Victoria and Piccadilly lines.
- Local Life: Surrounded by the best of North London, from the craft beers, (also Guiness at The Faltering Fullback and all the other best pubs) to the diverse eateries on Stroud Green Road and Green Lanes.
- Nature: Steps away from the 110-acre Finsbury Park and the well known parkland walk!
