Charm Room in Finsbury Park with Lovely Housemates

Short-term sublet available in our lovely, warm and welcoming home on Birnam Road, just a 10-minute walk from Finsbury Park station (Victoria & Piccadilly lines).

We’re a friendly household of women in our mid-20s, a mix of students and professionals working in creative fields (graphic design, fashion, styling, etc.). The house is very international - British, Polish, French, Cypriot - and we’ve all become genuinely close friends. 💛

It’s a social and easy-going home where we enjoy spending time together, whether that’s coffee, cooking dinners, sports, drinks at the local pub, or the occasional night out. At the same time, everyone is respectful of personal space, quiet time, and keeping the house clean and comfortable.

You’d also be sharing the home with our very affectionate (and very chill) house cat.

• 7 bedrooms in total (it really doesn’t feel crowded!)
• 2 showers and 2 toilets
• Shared kitchen and living room

Rent & Bills
• £700/month (base rent)
• Bills not included (utilities, council tax share, etc.)
• Total varies slightly month to month - feel free to message for details

Availability
• From 22 May until end of August (flexible)
• Minimum stay of around 2 months (open to discussion)

There may be the possibility to extend beyond this period for the right person, depending on circumstances, so this could suit someone open to a slightly flexible arrangement.

We’re Looking For
