Heyy, I'm moving out of this gorgeous flat after two fab years as I'm moving into my own place.

The room is super spacious and is furnished with very large built in wardrobes and an ottoman bed - the storage is unbeatable! There's loads of room for a desk and other furniture if needed - I'm willing to leave some of mine behind too if it's wanted. The room also has a big balcony off it which is fab for sitting out day time and gets sun right into the evening. Shared bathroom is just between you and one other flatmate as the other bedroom has an ensuite.

It's a very chilled flat, everyone lives their own lives but we also get on well and like to go out together every now & again. Looking for someone with a similar vibe, friendly, clean and respectful of others around you

The flat is located 2 mins from Finsbury park station where you have the Victoria and Piccadilly lines, as well as Thameslink services. It's so easy to get around. There's loads of lovely brunch spots, bars, restaurants and shops around the area and the park is a stones throw away. Lidl, M&S & Sainsburys are all within a minute walk away and Tesco is 5 mins away.
