Room available - finsbury park /manor house

Hi,

I have a room available for rent in new build development called Finsbury Grange.

The flat has 2 bedrooms, open plan kitchen living area, bathroom and a spare toilet and is on the third floor. It is located on seven sisters road, 2mins to manor house station (Piccadilly line) and 5-10 mins to finsbury park station (Piccadilly and Victoria line) depending on how fast you walk, also buses to Camden, Stoke Newington, Newington green etc.

I am in the process of buying the flat, I should get the keys on 18th April and will try and organise delivery of beds, sofa etc that week. So you would be living with the landlord, but don't let that put you off!

A bit about me, 28, been flat sharing in Clapton/Stoke Newington area for around 6 years now. I work in central London Monday to Friday. I like the usual things and would say I'm pretty sociable and easygoing. I like the idea of cooking but don't do it enough as I'm probably a bit too lazy but trying to do better, I also play football at the weekends (Sunday!)

The room is not massive though enough space for a double bed, wardrobe etc. The photo is view over Finsbury Park from the room
