2 double rooms in a creative, huge, warehouse

Hello!
(firstly all the mess in the photos is there because its in the process of being gotten rid of!!)

We are looking for people to share our warehouse with. We have signed the lease for another year, but many of the flatmates have been here for 3 years so for them its time to move on.

It is a 13 room warehouse with an amazing HUGE living area, which up to last week housed the gallery ‘Institue of Jamais Vu’ within it as well as our lounge (we are now thinking of turning the ex-gallery area into work tables, and possibly a project space for events...)

We have 2 more rooms to fill, with friendly, easy-going creative types. We are not a party warehouse, but we like to be friends, chat, eat and have beers together occasionally and the house is never empty, some of us work from home. We are musicians, artists, graphic designers, writers… we are all in our 20s.

The rooms vary in price from £550 per month (double rooms with slanted, frosted window/wall) to £500 (large room but no windows, but you can hang out/set up a work table in the sunny shared area theres so much space!)

We usually pay about £18 for council tax, and we are going to bundle this together with the other bills and also include a house shop for things like toilet paper and cleaning supplies for about £40 per person a month.

The warehouse is amazing but rough around the edges, we are hoping to clean it up a bit, and buy another oven / fridge.

We are on 167 hermitage road, part of Omega works, but our entrance is not through the mirrored gates but our own white gates.
