Hello flathunters!

We are looking for a third flatmate to share our beautiful apartment in Manor House (Zone 2), next to the tube and Finsbury Park. Also walking distance to Stoke Newington and loads of bus routes.

Rent is £850 per month for a large double en suite room.

Bills usually come to approx £70 and Gas/Electric per quarter usually depends on time of year but is reasonable

The Flat

It's a new build (only we've lived here for 6+years) and has a concierge, an amazing cafe (- great for a hangover) and beauticians in the complex! There is also a lovely shared private garden area and lots of great outdoor space around the building. Great for sunbathing and picnics.

We have a large kitchen/dining room with an open plan lounge area and floor to ceiling windows and balcony overlooking an amazing lake and views of the city.

The Room

Light, airy with lots of storage, a great en suite with waterfall shower and a kingsize bed.

Extras

We have Sky broadband and Sky+ TV and a landline with weekend calls. We pay the bills between us but rarely heating as the flat has underfloor heating and the building is nice and warm so it's not needed which is a saving!

The flatmates

Me (Ria) - I'm 31 and a Welshie.
I work in music/sport sponsorship (lots of freebies!) I am also a professional singer and gig a few times a month.

Megan (29) works in media

We also try to keep fit - we have a cross trainer and bike in the living room.

General

We love nothing more than a glass of vino in front of some trash TV or cooking up a storm with a movie! We both work hard and enjoy a good night out, music festival or shopping trip! We are clean, tidy, very easy going and even if we do say so ourselves - rather fun!

Our current flatmate is leaving to move to a different area of London but we're looking forward to welcoming a newbie into the flat. We don't want someone who stays in their room the whole time so only outgoing folk who are looking for a home not just a room need apply :)
