Double room available in a lovely Victorian terrace flat in Finsbury Park. The flat is fully finished to a good standard throughout, and everything you would need to live is already here, installed and working.

The Room
The room is a furnished small double room, which includes a double bed, chest of drawers, bed-side drawers and a built-in cupboard with clothes rail. There is a sash window overlooking the back garden. The rent is £775 including all bills (fast/unlimited fibre optic broadband, TV licence, gas/elec, water, council tax, and fortnightly cleaner) and basic house sundries (toilet roll and kitchen/cleaning products). It's available from 19th April, or sooner if need be. The flat is owned by my parents, so there are no letting agents or fees.

The Housemates
We are two friendly, social and clean/tidy girls aged 34 and 27 (Alice is a nurse, Kirsty is a PA). We are looking for a sociable and considerate guy or girl to move in. Our ideal flatmate would be an easy-going but house-trained professional person aged around late-twenties to late-forties, who doesn't want to use the flat as an after-party venue. Couples considered (£900 pcm).

The Flat
First, second and third floor terraced flat, located on Blackstock road a few minutes' walk from Finsbury Park. Inside, there is a large sunny living room, a good-sized bathroom with a shower over the bath (excellent water pressure and always-hot water), and a kitchen that opens onto a small terrace with outdoor seating. The kitchen has a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The upstairs of the flat comprises three double bedrooms over two floors. The standard of the decor is good throughout.

The Area
Finsbury Park is a real mix of people, from young professionals to families. It has great transport links and several parks and open spaces nearby. The area is changing a lot and there are often new restaurants, bars and shops opening (Yard Sale Pizza and Salvation in Noodles are both dangerously close!). There is a mini Sainsbury’s five minutes' walk and a fantastic local corner shop two minutes' walk away

Transport
The flat is walking distance to Finsbury Park tube station (7 mins, Victoria and Piccadilly lines) and Arsenal tube station (8 mins, Piccadilly line). Buses are all less than one minute's walk away (4, 19, 106, 236).
