Bright, quiet double room, 1 flatmate

Hello! My name is Andrew and I'm looking for a new flatmate in a two bedroom first floor Victorian conversion flat. I'm a 38 year old Londoner, working as an English teacher (online during lockdown). The person I'm looking for is a responsible, clean and tidy professional.

The house is on a quiet residential street with speed bumps but very close to Stroud Green Road with all its shops. It's a 10 minute walk to Finsbury Park station. Crouch Hill station on the London Overground is only a few minutes away. Finsbury Park itself is only 5 minutes by foot.

The available bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe in it, as well as curtains, a mirror, a desk and a chair. The living room has a sofa, a coffee table, a table and chairs, some bookshelves in it and a new carpet. A new bathroom was also put in fairly recently. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer and a washing machine and lots of cupboards. The gas stove is great for cooking. The flat has central heating with a modern boiler.

There are some nice pubs and restaurants nearby on Stroud Green Road. There's also a large supermarket and other essential shops.

As for me, I'm friendly, fairly quiet and easy to get on with. I do play the guitar but not at 11.30pm on a school night!

Deposit is one month's rent. The rent of £700pcm includes water. Council tax is £60 pcm each and the other bills (electricity, gas, phone, internet, tv) are around £40 pcm for each of us.
