We have a lovely large room in our flat becoming available from the start of May (preferably 5th May) as our housemate is moving out to live with her boyfriend after 3 years of living with us. The room has its own private toilet and access to the garden via a set of french doors.

The 2-storey property boasts a living room with kitchen, 4 bedrooms total, bathroom (with bathtub) and well kept garden equipped with an outhouse and BBQ for when the sun shines.

Other amenities include a separate laundry area with washer and dryer, and the kitchen comes with all the usual, plus a dishwasher.

We're really lucky to have both a living room and a garden, and make the most of these shared spaces.

The flat is a 10 minute walk from Finsbury Park station and only a 4 minute walk from Crouch Hill overground. The park itself is quite close and can be accessed via the Parkland Walk which is just a stone's throw from our place. Lovely Crouch End also only a 15 minute walk away.

We have a big Tesco less than a 5 minute walk away, and a smaller Sainsbury's which is even closer.

Our house is near some great pubs including The White Lion and the popular Faltering Fullback which is a 5 min walk away. There’s also lots of lovely restaurants along Stroud Green road including Indian, Thai, Vietnamese, Italian, Brazilian etc.

Total costs roughly come to around £800, rent £650 & bills range roughly £115-£150 which include council tax, gas + electricity, internet and water.

The current housemates are George, Matt and Annie, we've all been living in the house from 1.5-7years and love it here, it really is our home. We're quite a social bunch who like a trip to the pub/for a meal together from time to time but we're independent as well. We’re looking for a nice new person, preferably another female to keep the balance in the flat, and also be reliable to help with the general cleaning & upkeep of the house and garden. Also ideally someone who has a balance between working in the office and from home too. No students please.
