Hi! I’m sadly leaving this great double room to move in with my girlfriend, but that’s good news for you!

The flat is over three floors, with the room being one of two bedrooms on the 2nd floor (two more on the 3rd).
The kitchen and big living room on the 1st floor.
The bathroom is on a half floor between 1st and the ground floor (a pharmacy).
There is also a private courtyard at the rear (access to the flat) with a secure bike storage point; and a roof terrace accessible from the living room.

The room is big and bright, and benefits from being away from main road, so it’s nice and quiet.
It comes with:
- Double bed (some under-bed storage)
- Bedside table
- Desk & desk chair (not pictured, in storage)
- Wooden armchair (not pictured, in storage )
- Chest of Drawers
- Wardrobe
- Open wardrobe space next to chimney.

It’s about a 7 minute walk to Finsbury Park station, or a couple of minutes on the bus (W3, W7, 210) which go from directly outside. It’s also a 2 minute walk to Crouch Hill Overground.
Plenty of great pubs and restaurants, opposite Sainsbury’s Local, near a big Tesco Metro and other useful shops.

The other flatmates are great (2 females, 1 male - all professionals). They are friendly and easy going; they all have their own lives, but socialise in the flat when possible.

Bills are currently about £70pp a month (includes tv, council tax, internet, gas, water and fortnightly cleaner).
Electricity is a bit more quarterly.

I’ve really enjoyed living here, and am sad to be leaving it!

There will be a small agency fee (£50 I think) and deposit required.
