Very nice room next to Tottenham Court Road

Hi!

I am leaving on holiday for two months (from the 21st of December to around the 27th of February) and would like to rent my room out for the period.

The flat is very well located, less than 3 minutes walking distance from Tottenham Court Road station, and all its buzz. However, it is also on a super quiet street, so you are not disturbed at all.

Currently, there are three other flatmates (2 males [British, Australian] and 1 female [French]) who would be living with you for the period: all working and very mature, though we enjoy having a party or drinks now and then.

The flat has two full bathrooms (one with a bath tub and another one with a very good shower), a nice kitchen, recently redone, and quite a large living room (sorry it is a little messy in the pictures).

The room is for only one person, but has a pretty big double bed, one desk, and plenty of wardrobes (3). Don´t worry, I would empty out my things for your stay ;)

All bills are included (really, all). The price would be around 1,000 pounds per month, though I am open to negotiate.
