Single bedroom available in central London

Hi,

I have a single bedroom available in Central London in a two bedroom apartment.

I am looking for a nice and respectful tenant. The apartment is located in the centre of London 5 minutes walk from Warren Streey station and 10 minutes walk from Tottenham Court Road tube station. Located in the middle of the city you will be able to walk to most of the main attractions in London. There are many supermarkets as well as restaurants and pubs just around the corner.
Bills will be £50 per month.
