En-suite bedroom in the heart of Fitzrovia/W1

My amazing flatmate has got an incredible job offer in Dubai, so I’m looking for a new flatmate to share this lovely duplex apartment in Fitzrovia from May onwards

- Your bedroom will be a bright and large double-bedroom with en-suite bathroom, built-in wardrobe + additional wardrobe (so loads of storage) and wooden floor
- The flat is new, on the 7th and 8th floor (with lift), 24/7 porter, great natural light
- Fully-fitted kitchen
- Two en-suite bedrooms and a third WC for guests
- Private balcony with quite a nice view, good to have some drinks (and grill to come)
- The location is fairly hard to beat - Wells St is a very quiet one-way street, but less than a 10-min walk to Oxford St, Regents St, and Charing Cross, as well as to underground stations Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road and Goodge St.
- Lots of parks/gardens, supermarkets and gyms around, as well as the restaurants, pubs and bars of Charlotte St, Soho, Marylebone and Mayfair
- Cool flatmate is probably main highlight :) . I’m an easy-going young professional, work in consulting, love socialising (including having dinner parties at the flat when restrictions allow) but equally quiet nights in and my own space. I love nature and trekking so might be away on some weekends doing that. Would like to share with another young professional who wants to keep the "home atmosphere"
- Bills are excluded, and will include a cleaner who keeps the place super tidy
