We’re a married couple looking for a new flatmate in our 4th floor central London flat situated in the heart of Fitzrovia. The private double room on offer has a spacious wardrobe and desk for home working. We share a kitchen, bathroom and living room, which is also our bedroom when we’re there (our bed folds into the wall during the day!).
My husband works outside London most of the time and I'm normally in London Monday night to Wednesday night (in the office during the day) as we spend the rest of our time in the country - you’ll have the flat to yourself almost every weekend, Mondays and Fridays! It’s a perfect setup for someone looking for their own space with a bit of company during the week.
Less than 10 minutes walk to Oxford Circus and perfectly positioned to enjoy Soho, Covent Garden, Marylebone, Mayfair and the rest of central London - this flat is the perfect base for someone looking to explore some of London’s most exciting areas while living in one of Fitzrovia’s quietest streets.
Price includes all bills, council tax and a cleaner every 2 weeks. Minimum 12 month contract.
