Beautiful furnished apartment in the heart of Central London. The rent includes all bills as well as a fortnightly cleaner. 

We're looking for a flatmate for friendly house share in a beautiful Georgian house in Zone 1. Sharing with a professional couple and two lovely cats Brian and Luna who can be seen in some of the photos.

We're very clean and settled professionals who respect each others space.
 The ideal flatmate is someone who will treat the house as their home and add to the nice relaxed atmosphere we have.

The Room:
The room is good-sized double room with a big window that lets in lots of light in the morning. The room is fully furnished, with tons of storage in the built-in double wardrobes - so perfect for someone with a big wardrobe. There's also a double bed, desk/workspace/vanity, a chest of drawers.

The rest of the space:
The flat is very comfortable and cozy and spans the top two floors of the building. It has nice furniture and all of the essentials: washing machine/dryer, shower, full bath, WiFi. The kitchen is fully stocked with every pan and utensil imaginable as well as the usual; microwave, gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer etc. So perfect if you like to cook and are travelling light.

The Location & transport:
We are on a quiet, safe street in an exceptionally central location; it's just 3 minutes walk from the tubes: Warren street, Great Portland street, and 5 mins to Regents Park. Also Euston and even Kings Cross are walking distance, which makes it super-easy to get out of the city when you need to.
Soho, Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square etc. are only a 20 mins walk away so if you work centrally you'll save a ton on transport.

Local Amenities on your doorstep include:
A 24 hour Tesco, Big Sainsbury's, lots of cute cafes, a trendy patiserie, decent pubs, some great restaurants, an excellent gym and of course Regents Park. (all are 5 mins walk from the door)

- No agent fees.
- 1 month rent in advance deposit.
- This is a 'Rolling' Agreement which means there is a minimum of a month rent and renewed every month. All you need to do is to give us a month notice before you wish to move out.
