About this flat:
I am looking for someone to take over the second bed- and bathroom in this 2 bed - 2 bath flat.

The flat is on the first floor, there is a shared kitchen/living room as well as an additional room with a washer-dryer.

The room comes furnished with a bed + mattress, night stand, a chest of drawers, a desk, a built-in closet and your own bathroom with a bathtub (not directly en-suite/attached to the room)

The location on Fleet Street is great for everyone who works or studies close by, and hence can walk to work or campus. It’s also really accessible by public transport. Blackfriars Station is just a 5 min. walk away, and so are the tube stations St. Paul’s, Bank, Temple, Chancery Lane and Holborn.

Bills are ~ £150 per person per month (for wifi, electricity, gas and water) plus council tax if applicable to you.

About myself:
My name is Elisabeth, I am 25 years old and originally from Austria. I have lived and studied in Berlin for the last couple of years and am now training to be a paintings conservator here in London. My studies are mostly studio-based, I will be out of the house quite a lot during the week and I am looking for someone who shares a similar routine. I like to keep my living space tidy and homely and would want my flatmate to do so as well. I am looking for someone who is nice and social, does their own thing but enjoys to spend tome together as well.
