Hi, I have a double room available in a flat in Forest Gate, ready to go immediately.

The garden is a work in progress, the former tenants left a lot of their junk there, but I'm already organising to have it taken away.

The house is fully equipped, the kitchen is huge, and you will have full authority over your own room; you wanna paint it to a different colour, put stuff on the wall, replace the furniture, it's all up to you. Make it a home, and you'll love being here.

There are 2 bathrooms, you'll be free to use whichever you like.

Public transport is amazing, 25/86 bus is within 2 minutes, central line within 3, Liverpool Street is 4 stops away.

There's a Tesco and an Iceland nearby, and of course there's Westfield in Stratford for shopping and services.

We have 38Mbs broadband on both 2.4 and 5GHZ with a Wifi extender upstairs for better signal.

All bills are included and - based on my former experience of living in cold rooms because the landlord wanted to save on utilities that cover basic needs, that's not going to happen here.

There are 2 couples and me (a "working from home" video game developer) in the house currently, plus there's one more guy who is paying rent for a tiny room upstairs every month but went back to his home country in March and haven't seen him since, I'm not sure if and when he's coming back..., We never had any issues so far, everyone's very easy to live with. I do have a cat he's shy but very friendly, he's allowed to free roam in the common areas, but mostly sleeps in my armchair anyway if he's inside...

Rent is £550, all bills included. I need 1 month upfront, and 1 month deposit, so basically you put 1100 in my hand (account) when you move in and the room is yours.
