(Everyone who has come for a viewing has said the room is bigger in person, I'm just awful at taking pictures! It is 4.60m in length from the door and 2.36m in width, so approx 11 metres squared)

I am a 24-year-old male professional and live in landlord. I'm mainly looking for a clean and respectable roommate to share with.

The building is located next to Woodgrange park station (Overground), 5 mins walk to Manor Park station (ELIZABETH LINE - 15 mins to Liverpool Street, 20 min to Tottenham Court Road), 15 min bus (24 hours) to Stratford Station (next to Westfield) or 10 mins to Ilford (opposite direction) with bus stops in both directions directly next to the property (15 second walk)
Tesco express downstairs giving easy access to grocery shopping. A wide range of amenities are available on Romford Road, including bank, post office, library and gym.
